Clark County Food Bank is thrilled to announce Workplace Resource of Oregon has recently signed on as a five-year Hunger Alliance partner.

Hunger Alliance is a partnership created between Clark County Food Bank and local businesses to provide hunger relief within our community. Each Hunger Alliance partnership reflects the unique generosity of the business and unique opportunities for engagement and marketing from the food bank.

Even though this Hunger Alliance partnership is new, Workplace Resource of Oregon has been a longtime friend and supporter of Clark County Food Bank. “The team from Workplace Resource has attended and supported just about every event we’ve ever hosted at the food bank,” says Holly Jones, Development Manager, at Clark County Food Bank. “Their past support has provided countless meals for people in our community, and now their Hunger Alliance partnership will help even more people.”

As a Herman Miller Certified Dealer, Workplace Resource of Oregon is in the business of selling office furniture and designing custom work-spaces. However, through this new partnership with the food bank, this business seeks to make a bigger impact on those who struggle with hunger. “Our passion is not just to make the work environment a better place, but also to make the community where we live a better place,” says Terry Wren, owner and President of Workplace Resource of Oregon. “This new Hunger Alliance partnership gives us an opportunity to jump in and really help families in poverty.”
